during the installation fresco, the spectators lying on a gigantic circular sofa, watch a 3-part film above their heads. from an intimate context that refers to a homely environment, the spectator observes from a certain perspective how mankind moves on the globe. the work refers to a text by alan watts that describes how man is always inclined to place everything in boxes and surround himself with clear patterns. with this he creates the illusion of having control over the chaos of nature.
