rek is a monumental sculpture containing an accumulation of old, recent and new projects from daems van remoortere. these were brought together in a geometric play of lines, shapes, light and shadow. It was shown in the academy of antwerp during 350 years of academy and at the villanova festival in de studio. rek was awarded the horlait dapsens prize.
